Personal Recruiting is the KEY to building it BIG in Direct Sales. I know some people think the word recruiting is bad or doesn’t sound welcoming and in general when I am talking to a potential team member or welcoming one, I never refer to them as a recruit. I always use teambuilding or new team member! But for ease of understanding the process I have called this series of training a 10 Day Recruiting Refresh.
On Team Dream PINK, my team members have heard my team building strategy a LOT. But you know why? Because it works! I know that in the beginning of my business I was JUST crazy enough to be MORE excited than I was scared to offer up the Posh business opportunity to LOTS AND LOTS of people. I built my team with intention. I was proactive about recruiting. I didn’t sit around and wait for someone to approach me and ask me about joining the business. Instead I started by making a very simple list. And that is what became the Dream Team List. I used a simple notebook and wrote down everyone I could think of that I would LOVE to have on my DREAM Posh Team! And then I started asking them! Now HOW I asked them made all the difference. And over time, I figured out that I had a system for teambuilding and I didnt even know it!

Don’t be scared.
