Looking for Leaders
Six years…it’s a long time these days to stick with any job, but especially a job where you get up each day and decide to do your work and do it well, without a boss around or set hours.
Working from home sounds ultra glamourous I am sure, but the truth is, it takes a special type of person. Someone that is motivated by a deeper REASON why it’s so important to them to make it work that they are willing to work harder than most.
Tenacity, the determination to just keep going, when things get hard, difficult or it seems like you are spinning your wheels and just trying to regain your traction.
Motivation, no one tells you to stop surfing the web and get back to work. There is no dress code, and contrary to the comfort factor, sometimes we do in fact work more efficiently when not in pajamas. Although let’s be real, working in pajamas is a major perk!
I have been with Perfectly Posh for 6 years and my previous direct sales business for 4 before that. A DECADE of running a home based business right alongside running babies. I worked REALLY hard the first few months and years of my Posh business to establish a strong foundation and I am blessed to work alongside some pretty amazing people that I call leaders and friends.But, and there is always a but…we are now ready to find some fresh blood.
We are looking for leaders who are seeking out a direct sales opportunity that has not yet exploded yet now has a solid foundation built at Home Office, with amazing products and a generous compensation plan.
If you are motivated, driven, a hard worker, love to help others, and maybe love some soap or some lotion or a face mask or fizi…we are looking for you. Our team has grown strong and wide but we are ready to Mentor More. We are looking for the 2nd Generation of leaders we can help grow here at Perfectly Posh. It’s not for everyone and it’s definitely not a pyramid scheme or a get rich quick gig.
However, if you think you are woman enough to accept a challenge, personal coaching, are coachable and open to building your self and your business, we are looking for a few good women.
