Life Changing Morning Routine for Entrepreneurs!
Do you ever read a book, anticipating that it may not be YOUR thing? Then when you realize it’s literally rocking your entire world, you just cannot shut up about it?
Anyone? Just Me?
This happened recently to me when I started reading a pretty small book, The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.
I cannot say enough good things about this book! I told everyone that I know and have not really shut up about my new morning routine since I read the book this summer. I am happy to say that it’s been over a month and I am still getting up early almost EVERY morning (save a few weekend sleep in days) and completing an outline of the Miracle Morning routine.
Hal breaks down your morning routine into, Life S.A.V.E.R.S.
S-Silence, meditation or prayer (10 mins)
A-Affirmations, write them down and say them out loud (10 mins)
V-Visualization, spend time picturing exactly what it will feel like to hit your biggest goals (10 mins)
E-Exercise, anything counts! I started with stretching and now do cardio (10 mins)
R-Reading, read something that challenges you or helps you Grow.
S-Scribing, write out your goals, or something you grateful for..or gulp, start the book you have always wanted to write (10 mins)
The best part about this routine is you can do it in as LITTLE as 6 minutes!
Seriously, you have SIX minutes to dedicate to taking care of your self and your mindset every morning.
I can honestly say this routine has CHANGED MY LIFE.
I still struggle to get out of bed some days but overall it has improved my productivity, mindset, helped me manage anxiety and depression and helped me achieve my goals. I LOVE it and highly recommend it. I tweaked MY morning routine after reading, Get Rich, Lucky Bitch by Denise DT and included some financial areas that I am working on to achieve BIG goals and truly get out of my own damn way this year. Another book I LOVE and recommend, if you have money issues, you have to read it!
